Success stories
In 2020, the NovoPlast-Yug plant started a line for the production of SIPs with format and cutting equipment.
SIPs (structural insulated panels) are building structures that are very similar to sandwich panels with EPS insulation, but with outer shells of OSB-3 Ultralam and GREEN BOARD oriented strand boards.
Due to the unique technical and operational characteristics of SIPs, it is possible to assemble residential buildings and structures from them, in any climatic zones and with any type of relief.
In many countries of the world, SIPs are used in the construction of frame houses; such technology is also called Canadian technology. Using SIP panels has many advantages over using traditional building materials:
- The construction of houses and cottages is carried out within the shortest possible time of 14 to 45 days.
- The construction can be carried out at any time of the year and in any climatic zone.
- The material has good thermal and sound insulation.
- The light weight of the structures reduces the cost of making a foundation.
- A complete set of building elements according to the project is manufactured immediately, which eliminates the waste of materials.
The equipment used at the plant makes it possible to accurately calibrate and process the materials used for manufacturing panels – eco-friendly OSB-3 Ultralam and GREEN BOARD oriented strand boards.

180 million rubles
Martin was founded in 2000 in the city of Elektrougli, the Moscow Region. In the same place, in 2001, the first line for roasting and packing seeds was started. To ensure the highest quality and market leadership, the company's management decided to exercise full control over the production at all its stages. For this purpose, a subdivision for the storage and primary processing of seeds was created in the south of Russia, in the Kushchovskaya District of the Krasnodar Region, in 2004. And a modern production complex of a full technological cycle was created on its basis in 2008. At the same time, MARTIN-Trans, a transport company, was created. In such a way, the issue with the delivery of products to the regions was resolved.
In 2021, Martin introduced a kindergarten for 150 children with a swimming pool (the investment volume amounted to 180 million rubles) and 14 apartment buildings in the Cossack village of Kushchovskaya.
