Kuschyovskaya district offers to implement a promising project on the construction of a logistics complex
The municipality offers the investors to finance a project on the construction of a logistics center.
Within the framework of the project implementation it is planned to build a B-class logistics complex for 23,760 pallet positions. Ass forecasted, the consumers of the terminal services will be both Russian and foreign transportation & logistics companies.
The favorable strategic location of the project and opportunities of arranging freight traffic flow "river-sea" determine the investment appeal of the project.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 201.84 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 7.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 45 new jobs.
A land plot of 40,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kuschyovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Kuschyovskaya Cossack village – Starominskaya Cossack village" (0.04km), there. The distance to the federal highway М-4 "Don" is 0.45 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 220 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Kuschyovka is 5 km, to the Yeisk Airport is 120 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 120 km.
