Krasnodar region retained the seventh place within the National rating of the investment climate status of RF constituent entities
The rating outcome will be articulated within the framework of XX International Economic Forum in Saint-Petersburg. Veniamin Kondratyev took part in the presentation.
As much as 400 thousand business representatives were interviewed when compiling a rating, the fact that according to Director General of the Strategic Initiative Agency Andrey Nikitin accounts for approximately 8% of the total number of Russian entrepreneurs. It was noted during the rating debriefing ceremony that the conditions for making business, at large, and, in particular, for establishing a new enterprise in the country have substantially improved. The terms for ownership rights registration and cadastral registration, passing enterprise registration procedures, obtaining permits for construction and connection to utility networks have decreased.
The leaders Tatarstan, Belgorod and Kaluga regions retains their positions. Krasnodar region retained its position and ranked seventh. At this, as the rating compilers noted, one managed to implement the investment project administration process; the network of the Multifunctional center for provision of state and municipal services gained extensive development. Within the framework of this network a center for entrepreneurs operating as a one-stop service point was set up. In addition, the establishment of an institute of investment commissioners under the auspices of municipalities played a positive role in enhancing the investment attractiveness of the region.
