According to the company, the enterprise located in the principal city of the region, has held the title of the most efficient among 13 plants of the concern over the past three years. At the year-end 2021, its effectiveness reached 95.2%. The plant significantly influences the development of the whole mechanical engineering industry in the Krasnodar Krai.
«The result of our long-standing partnership with the CLAAS company was that in 2016 we signed a special investment contract, the first of a kind in our country. The idea was suggested by the Governor Veniamin Kondratiev. According to the contract, up to 2026 the enterprise will be localising the production of combine harvesters at the Krasnodar plant as much as possible and can participate in state support programmes of Russian manufacturers,» noted Vice Governor Alexander Ruppel.
Since 2018, the personnel at the plant have been trained using a dual educational system. This is the key element of the introduction of the Standard of industrial growth staffing implemented in Kuban by the order of the President of the Russian Federation. Upon graduation, the students will receive the diplomas of their universities together with German certificates confirming their on-site factory training.
The mechanical engineering industry has been defined by Strategy-2030 as one of top priority industries for the Krasnodar Krai.
